Questions
Pricing and billing
How much does Jinseva cost?
₹1,200 per month or ₹12,000 per year for one organisation, plus 18% GST — ₹1,416 and ₹14,160 respectively. The yearly plan works out at about ₹1,180 a month.
Is there a per-volunteer or per-case charge?
No. Both plans include unlimited rescue cases and unlimited volunteers. The price depends only on the billing term, not on how much you use it.
What is the difference between the monthly and yearly plans?
Only the term and the price. Both plans unlock exactly the same feature set — the yearly plan is billed once and costs roughly two months less over a year.
How do I pay?
Online by card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay, from the billing page inside your NGO dashboard. A GST tax invoice is issued automatically once the payment is confirmed.
What happens when the subscription expires?
The dashboard, login and admin pages for your organisation stop being reachable until it is renewed. The public case tracker stays open, so a member of the public who reported an animal can still check what happened to it.
Is there a free trial?
Registration is free and your organisation is reviewed before it is activated. Ask about trial arrangements when you register rather than assuming one — activation terms are set by the platform administrator.
Is the rescue helpline directory part of the subscription?
No. The public helpline directory and every rescue guide on this site are free for anyone to use, with no account and no payment. The subscription covers the case-management platform for organisations.
