Where to go, depending on what you need

Short answer

If an animal needs rescuing right now, do not write to us — call a rescue volunteer directly from the helpline directory, which covers 19 areas of Mumbai. JinSeva is managed and maintained by JIN Solutions. You can contact us at 8779555155.

An animal or bird needs rescuing

This is the only genuinely urgent case, and it does not go through us. Find your area in the helpline directory and call the local volunteer directly — they are the people who will actually come.

You run a rescue NGO and want to use Jinseva

Register your organisation. The form takes a couple of minutes, costs nothing, and the platform administrator reviews it before activating your space.

A helpline number is wrong, missing or should be removed

The directory is maintained by hand from publicly circulated rescue lists. If you run a rescue group and a number needs adding, correcting or taking down, we want to know — reach us through your dashboard if you have an account, or through the contact form below if you do not.

Questions about Jinseva, partnerships, directory corrections or anything else that is not an emergency — send us a message and we will reply by email.

Not for rescue emergencies — use the helpline directory above.

Why there is no phone number on this page

A general enquiry line would be answered slower than the rescue helplines are, and someone holding an injured bird who called it would lose time that the animal does not have. Every route above goes directly to whoever can act on it, and the contact form covers everything that can wait for an email reply.

The rescue helpline numbers published on this site belong to independent rescue groups and volunteers. Please use them only for an animal or bird genuinely in distress — not for enquiries about this website or the software.
